Ready to find out how your shapes can be made?

STEP 1: Send us your drawing (with dimensions), your sample piece or other information. Other helpful information includes quantity required and color choice (or a pantone swatch).

STEP 2: You will be contacted once your drawing and information have been reviewed. Mold charge depends on details of the piece and can run from $250 and up. We require payment in advance of mold charge prior to making a sample. However, the mold charge is rebated upon placement of production order.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR CUSTOM SHAPES:
There are minimum runs required. These quantities run from 500,000 to 1,000,000 pieces per new shape. However, these quantities can be divided into different colors.

50% prepayment of production order required.
